PhD students

Two fully funded PhD positions are available starting in Fall 2025. We are looking for students who are interested in patient-specific computational modeling of cardiovascular diseases and interventions. Applicants with a bachelor's or master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computational Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in computational biomechanics or biofluid mechanics and good programming skills in languages such as MATLAB or Python will receive favorable consideration.
